Epic Game Store Sale Gives Grand Theft Auto V Free

As expected, the Epic Games Store is offering Grand Theft Auto V for free this week. Unexpectedly, this eye-catching act was set to kick off another mega sale with big discounts and more coupons. And perhaps predictably, the free GTA offering has apparently garnered enough interest that Epic’s store and customer both fell flat on their cyberspace. The sale is definitely worth a look once the store is up, with discounts including 50% off Control, 35% off The Outer Worlds, and 40% off Red Dead Redemption 2.

The Epic Games Mega Sale will run until June 11. When it’s back.

“We are currently experiencing high traffic on the Epic Games Store,” Epic to say. “We are aware that users may experience slow load times, 500 errors, or launcher crashes at this time and we are actively working on the evolution.”

It goes up and down a lot for me. And sometimes change the language at random. BUT when the store is back up and running you will find discounts on a number of games. Like Epic’s MO, they also offer a £ 10 / $ 10 coupon if you spend at least £ 13.99 / $ 14.99 on something. You can also get additional coupons with more purchases. This is not bad. See the FAQ to learn more about coupons.

Half-price control is a good cry. Remedy’s third-person shooter is overpowering fun antics with SCP antics, even though the bigger battles are really tedious and I’d like it weirder. Ah, see the Brendy’s Control review then consider it’s half the price.

There is also the free GTA. Until next Thursday, you can collect it for free for your memories. Epic says that each week of the sale, they will “open up the Epic Vault to reveal a new free play offering that you just can’t miss.” They are already offering games every week anyway, so it may be flashy words meaning nothing, or it may be a clue that the giveaways being on sale could be more sophisticated and desirable. MYSTERIES.
